I had my first service with your company yesterday morning. I am always nervous when a stranger comes into my home. I have also not had good experiences with past pest control companies.
I was surprised to meet a very nice man, Levi. He was polite, caring and professional. I have four dogs and was concerned about how I was going to keep them out of the way. He had a plan that worked perfectly. I was concerned about the spray due to one of my dogs being a floor licker. He put my fears at ease. He answered my questions in terms that I understood. No using huge terms or airs to prove he knew things and impress me. He was careful and conscience of all my item inside my home. Levi was completed his work inside and out in no time and did a wonderful job.
I wish I would have found your company years ago. I would have saved a lot of money and time. I am looking forward to our relationship for years to come. Thanks again

I would like to provide some positive feedback for Landon, the technician who treated my property on August 2. As always Landon arrived at the specified time and provided professional service, but in this case he went above-and-beyond normal customer service. While treating my backyard, Landon noticed that my swimming pool level was very low, and that it sounded like my pool pump was running air rather than water. In fact my pool filter had developed a major leak, so the water had dropped below the skimmer level, and the pump was running air, a situation that could quickly cause the pump to burn out its motor. Landon called me to notify me of the situation, and turned off the pool system, likely saving me $400-$500 in replacement costs. As you know, I am already a long-time customer of Rasberry's Pest Professionals, and obviously service like this will maintain that relationship. My thanks again to Landon.

Been using this company for 8 years. They call when it is time to spray to remind you. Also have our daughter's rental home sprayed at the same time. They do a very good job, are always on time, and have removed any and all critters and bugs we have asked for help with. The sprayers arrive, identify themselves with their truck and uniforms. They always take off their shoes before entering the home. The outside and garage get sprayed, then the inside. They spray all around the interior and exterior walls of the home. After they are finished, we sit at the table, have a little chat and they do the invoice. We are very pleased with this Company.

I had ghost ants in several areas of the house and outside. They baited inside and outside. They sprayed inside and outside. They put granules down in the front and back yard.
Very good experience throughout. They were knowledgeable and identified the ant quickly. He went over what the treatment would be and the costs. These are not easy critters to get rid of, so I knew what to expect there. He went to work and went over how I needed to water the lawn to activate the granules if we did not get rain. I asked if the treatment would be affected by some upcoming foundation repairs I am scheduling and he said to give him a call when they were working and he would come out and reapply some areas if necessary. He was very friendly and professional.

I have used Rasberry's Pest Control on 4 different occasions this year. They have treated two bee infestations, termites and a fire ant infestation in my home.
I am very happy with this company. I have been cleaning up 5 acres of land left to my husband after his elderly father passed away and ran into several insect problems.
The first time I called them was about a bee hive with very aggressive bees. It was in an old tire and those bees were mean! Tom Rasberry, the owner of the company, came out and took care of the hive with no problems. I called them again when I found another hive in an abandoned tank from an old water well. They had to return a second time to deal with that hive. They came back out to remove the remaining bees and were very professional about having to make the second trip. No attitude what-so-ever!
When I discovered what I thought were termite tunnels on my father-in-law's home I called Rasberry's for an inspection. The owner came out and confirmed there were termites in the house and gave me an estimate for treatment. He did not pressure me to schedule the treatment but explained what could happen and made it very plain that I did not have to rush with a decision; the house was not going to be damaged beyond repair if I wanted to wait even a year or more before having the termite treatment. I couldn't ignore the problem but I didn't need to panic and rush to have the termites destroyed. I called a couple of other local companies for a phone quote and Rasberry's price was slightly higher but in line with other companies in the area. They did the termite treatment on August 1, 2011.
I had ants invade my home in late August and had used every ant poison Home Depot sold and nothing stopped them. Those ants were everywhere! In the sheets in the closet, in the folded towels, in the shower.......everywhere! I bagged up a sample of the ants and dropped them off at Rasberry's office in Pearland. They told me they were fire ants and quoted a price to treat inside and outside my home. I didn't call for other quotes but had them come out immediately and kill those ants. They came right out and sprayed the ants and we haven't had a problem since.
I have recommended this company to family members and have no reservations calling them for any insect related problems.

I greatly apologize for taking so long in getting back to you.
I had the local agent apply the recommended chemicals as you advised over our telephone call. Within two days, my wife was sweeping up a huge pile of ants near the french doors leading out onto the deck of our house. They almost filled the dust pan.
There was a persistent colony of ants in the kitchen area that refused to die out. We call the technician back a couple of times. The last time, he used some type of residual spray along two of their main trails. While tracking the ants, he found they had a rather large nest where a vertical stand for a lazy susan fastened to the upper side of the kitchen cabinet. Upon spraying this area, dozens of ants fell out.
After completing this task, we have seen one ant and it was walking around like a drunken sailor before it keeled over. That was about two days after the last visit by the technician.
He was amazed at your recommendation to break the granules into smaller pieces as they had been advised to simply spread them as received. You now have a believer in the local Orkin franchise holder.
Personally, my wife and I would like to thank you very much for helping us rid our home of these little black monsters.
